Today I finished my last classroom observation. For those of you who might be unaware, teachers must go through the evaluation process (including three classroom observations and a massive amount of paperwork) for each of their first three years. Today was my last one! I am so relieved. I tend to get a bit worked up over them. I guess I should have referred back to the "Why Worry" post from a few weeks ago. Once they're over, I always wonder why I stress about them so much, but in the moment it seems to consume me. Now, I don't have to go through this process for another five years! Whoohoo! (That's for you, Andew.)
